I used to work at this type of job but I had to quit because it can do things to you. One time when I was inspecting the luggage go by, I saw one of the suitcases open up by itself, and a bunch of toys inside came to life and started fighting each other.

Can you consider updating the art in terminal 1 the main airport. Most airports have modernized their art and sculptures. I wonder if the airport leadership visit other airport and ask why is our art so dated. Please hire a museum curator. I heard the "art" is over 20 years old. 😢 Can you also consider getting rid of the brown and grey paint on the wall

It goes down into a dark room full of dirty men and women who put the bags into a can or cart so they can sit on it and fart on your bags AND BELIEVE ME THIS IS TRUE ABOUT THE FARTING PART ON YOUR BAGS

Also another thing is for ice and hot water you can usually ask any coffee shop or restaurant and they’ll give you usually free if you are using your own container but may charge if they have to give you a cup for the ice or hot water.

American/Delta in Terminal 1; United in Terminal 3... sounds straightforward, right? Landing in Concourse D on American and taking the tram to T3 is a major inconvenience, except if you don't have any checked baggage. This happened to us back in July 2015.

We got there two hours early and missed our flight by 40 seconds due to TSA’s gross incompetence caused by their management’s lack of proper staffing and resource allocation.
